·Totem-cast spells gain 6% Cast Speed.

·Totem attacks gain 6% Attack Speed.

Spell Totem

·Consume 3 Power or Endurance Charges to summon a Totem that uses socketed Spells.

·Cannot use skills with cooldowns.

Oracle totem builds may become powerful burst-casters, especially when combined with foresight mechanics.

Branch 3 - Controlling Enemy Futures

Immobilisation Buildup

·20% increased Immobilisation buildup.

Converging Paths

·Grants Skill: Moment of Vulnerability.

This is the key branch enabling Oracle's enemy-prediction mechanic.

Life and Mana Regeneration

·8% increased Life Regen Rate.
